The "something a little different" we mentioned for the bank holiday turned out to be a cracking one. With no club night at the college, we took over the outside seating at the Waldo Lounge on Bank Holiday Monday for a relaxed social, and what a lovely evening it turned out to be. Boards were set up across the tables, drinks were flowing, and there was chess going on well into the evening as the sun went down over the river.
